KLCA lodged complaint against the violation of DGP circular by Kerala Police while vehicle checking.
It is alleged that, The Kerala Police in Erankulam (High Way Police) is violating the circular issued by the DGP, regarding the vehicle checking. Complaints that, the officer is sitting inside the jeep and the drivers are called to him to show records and pay fines are regular. Even though there is specific direction from DGP vide U1-2875/2012 dated 13-1-2-12, the police officers in the alleged incident openly declares that they are not amenable to obey such circulars.
The KLCA legal cell got complaints in this regard, and petition is filed before the DGP and CM grievance cell.
