കേരള പോലീസ് അസോസിയേഷന്‍ പ്രഥമ സംസ്ഥാന സെക്രട്ടറി കെ ജെ ജോര്‍ജ് ഫ്രാന്‍സിസ് കാച്ചപ്പിള്ളി, ചേരാനെല്ലൂര്‍ ലിബ കസ്റ്റടി മര്‍ദനത്തിനെതിരെയുള്ള ആക്ഷന്‍ കൌന്‍സില്‍ ചെയര്‍മാന്‍ ജോളി എളംപ്ലായില്‍, കള്ളക്കേസില്‍ പെട്ട് അബുദാബി പോലീസ് കസ്റ്റടിയിലായിരുന്ന ഷിജു മാര്‍ട്ടിന്‍ പിഴല എന്നിവര്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു. 

വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ്‌ ഡേവിഡ്‌ പറമ്പിത്തറ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. ഫാ. മാര്‍ട്ടിന്‍ തൈപ്പറമ്പില്‍ മോഡറേറ്റര്‍ ആയിരുന്നു. ലീഗല്‍ ഫോറം കണ്‍വീനര്‍ അഡ്വ ഷെറി ജെ തോമസ്‌ വിഷയാവതരണം നടത്തി. സംസ്ഥാന പ്രസിഡന്റ്‌ ഷാജി ജോര്‍ജ്, സി ജെ പോള്‍, എം സി ലോറന്‍സ്, ഹെന്റി ഓസ്ടിന്‍, റോയ് പാളയത്തില്‍, ഡോ.സാബു , എന്നിവര്‍ പ്രസംഗിച്ചു. 

Strike for bridge.. MANUSHYA PALAM.. at Pizhala

A group of Youth in Pizhala, a thickly populated island threw their gauntlets for their right to travel. They organised a risky protest by remaining in water for hours as part of their protest in delay in Pizhala bridge. The Youth didn't opt to call political leaders in their strike. Instead they sought the support of other public activists. Jeevanadam Managing Editor Fr Antony Vibin,  KLCA state president Shaji George, social activist Adv Sherry J Thomas, Devasom board leader TR Murali,  Mrs Raji spoke. Biju Puthussery, Sijo John, Ajesh etc lead the strike. The risky water strike was precedented by a one day hunger strike by the Youth called Voice of Pizhala.

കേരളത്തിനു ഒരു ന്യുനപക്ഷ വകുപ്പ് ലഭിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ പലരും സന്തോഷിച്ചു. പുതിയ പദ്ധതികള്‍, സേവനങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാകുമല്ലോ എന്ന് കരുതി. കാര്യം ശരിയാണ്, നിരവധി പുതിയ പദ്ധതികളും സേവനങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടായി. ഇനി അത് ആവശ്യക്കാരിലേക്ക്‌ എത്തിയാല്‍ മതി.  സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ട രേഖകള്‍ മറ്റു ബാങ്കുകലെപ്പോലെ തന്നെ ക്രിത്യമായിരിക്കണമെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചുപിടിക്കല്‍ കാര്യത്തില്‍ അല്പം മാനുഷിക മുഖം പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം എന്നാണ് കരുതപ്പെടുന്നത്. പലിശയും നന്നേ കുറവാണ്.

കേരളത്തിലെ ന്യുനപക്ഷ വിഭാഗങ്ങളില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ടവര്‍ക്കാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതികളുടെ ഗുനബോക്താക്കള്‍ ആകാവുന്നത്. അതില്‍ തന്നെ പിന്നാക്കമായവര്‍ക്ക് പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന നല്‍കണമെന്നാണ് ഉദ്ദേശം. അതോടൊപ്പം തൊഴിലാളി വിഭാഗത്തിനും സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്കും മുന്തിയ പരിഗണന ഉണ്ട്. ന്യുനപക്ഷങ്ങളെ സാമ്പത്തികമായും വികസനപരമായും മുന്‍നിരയില്‍ എത്തിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് കോര്‍പറേഷന്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്.

കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്കില്‍ വാഹനവായ്പ

ഓട്ടോ, കാര്‍, ടാക്സി, ജീപ്പ്, ടെമ്പോ, പിക്കപ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയ വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് പരമാവധി 12 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ വായ്പ നല്‍കും. ചെറുകിട വാഹനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മുന്‍ഗണന. 6 ശതമാനമാണ് പലിശ. 4 സെന്ററില്‍ കുറയാത്ത വസ്തുവോ, ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ ജാമ്യമോ ഈട് നല്‍കണം. കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാന പരിധി ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ 81,000 രൂപയും നഗരങ്ങളില്‍ 1,03,000 രൂപയുമാണ്. അപേക്ഷ ഫോറങ്ങള്‍ വെബ്‌ സൈറ്റില്‍ നിന്നും സെല്‍ഫ് എമ്പ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് ഫോറം ഡൌണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്തു അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. ഈ വര്‍ഷത്തെ വായ്പയുടെ അവസാന തിയതി – സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 20.

സ്വയം തൊഴില്‍ വായ്പകള്‍ പത്തു ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ

7 ശതമാനം പലിശയില്‍ ഈ വായ്പ ലഭിക്കും. 72 തവണകള്‍ വരെ കാലാവധിയുണ്ടാകും. വയസ്സ് 18 നും 58 നും മദ്ധ്യേ ആയിരിക്കണം. കുടുംബ വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാന പരിധി ഗ്രാമങ്ങളില്‍ 81,000 രൂപയും നഗരങ്ങളില്‍ 1,03,000 രൂപയുമാണ്. അവസാന തിയതി – സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 20.

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വായ്പ – പലിശ 3 ശതമാനം

പ്രൊഫെഷണല്‍, ടെക്നിക്കല്‍, ഹൈസ്കില്‍ കോഴ്സ്കളില്‍ ചേരാന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികള്‍ക്ക് സ്വദേശത്തു 7.5 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും, വിദേശത്ത് പഠിക്കാന്‍ 20 ലക്ഷം രൂപയും അനുവദിക്കും. വിദേശ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനുള്ള പലിശ 4 ശതമാനവും, സ്വദേശ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനുള്ള പലിശ 3 ശതമാനവും ആയിരിക്കും. ഈ വര്‍ഷത്തെ വായ്പയുടെ അവസാന തിയതി – സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ 20. ഫോണ്‍ - 0495 2769366, 2369366.
