The regulation under Coastal Zone, (CRZ) banning construction on coastal area is affecting badly on the islanders in Kerala. Whereas, high rise buildings and hotels are permitted and they are on a spree. At the same time, even a partitioned property in 10 cents are not allowable to have a residential construction due to the regulations.
