Archbishop Dr Francis Kallarakal hope new rays of Latin leadership through KLCA archdiocese of verapoly. He lauded the activities of KLCA. Vicar General Msgr Joseph Padiyararanparambil delivered the oath to new leaders. The committee is headed by P.M Benchamin.
